All Seasons Veterinary Care stands out as a premier destination for pet owners in Polk City and beyond. We are a full-service, modernized veterinary practice that prides itself on delivering compassionate and individualized care tailored to the unique needs of your dogs and cats.

Opened in October 2022, our practice started with just four dedicated staff members and some ambitious dreams. Dr. Chrouser recognized the need for more veterinary care options in Polk City and decided to plant roots right here! She and her husband transformed what was once the old Luana Bank into a beautiful, functional veterinary clinic. They took on the challenge of gutting the building—removing walls, replacing floors, and bringing their vision to life.

Our clinic is equipped with all the modern conveniences designed not only for aesthetics but also for optimal functionality. From adjustable exam tables to a private room for those heartfelt farewells, we’ve created a space that truly serves both pets and their loving families.

Dr. Autumn Chrouser

Veterinarian

Hello! I’m Dr. Autumn Chrouser, and it’s a genuine pleasure to introduce myself to you. As an experienced veterinarian, I am truly thrilled to be part of the Polk City community. Since graduating from Iowa State in 2011, I’ve gained extensive experience in various areas of veterinary medicine, including preventative care, surgery, advanced diagnostics, dentistry, and emergency medicine. My family includes my husband and our three wonderful children, along with our dog Cody—who loves greeting everyone at the clinic—and two cats named Samuel J Cat and Rocky. Outside of work, I cherish spending time outdoors, keeping Cody out of trouble, or discovering new travel destinations. I’m sincerely looking forward to caring for your beloved pets!

Jodie

RVT, Practice Manager

My name is Jodie, and I’ve worked as a registered veterinary technician since graduating in 2006. I love all aspects of veterinary medicine, with special interests in animal behavior, dentistry, and dog training. I’ve worked in many places over the years, but I’m eager to make a difference here at All Seasons Veterinary Care. When I’m not at work, you can find me traveling, camping, and hiking with my husband, Jamey, and our two beagles, Rigby and Flynn. I’m also passionate about crafting, from painting to crochet and almost anything else you can think of. Along with our two ‘Bagel Boys’, We share our home with two cats, Jet and Lucas.

Kaylee

RVT, Technician

Hi, I’m Kaylee! I am a registered veterinary technician with five years of experience in emergency and specialty care, with a special interest in everything under the microscope. My biggest passion outside of veterinary medicine is music. I’m currently in a few projects where I sing and play bass and guitar. I also love watching films, gardening, hiking, and playing video games. My husband, Mathias, and I are proud owners of four amazing cats: a tabby named Special Agent Dale Cooper, a tortie named Sheila E, a Snowshoe named Mau, and a tuxedo named Peppers. We hope to start a human family soon and can’t wait to explore that next part of our lives together!

My name is Vanessa, and I started at All Seasons Veterinary Hospital in 2023. I’ve been working in the veterinary field since 2016 and can’t imagine doing anything else! I graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in animal ecology in 2019. I’m currently working on my Veterinary Technician Certification through Penn Foster University. What I love most about being a technician is helping those who can’t speak for themselves! I live with my husband Jon and our four cats, Hudson, Louie, Alfie, and Taz. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, puzzles, and fostering kittens!

Client Service Representative

Hey there! I’m Ashley from Lincoln, NE. I just graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in veterinary medicine. My passion? Parasites and bacteria! Who wouldn’t love a good chat about giardia over dinner? And don’t get me started on chickens; they’re practically my spirit animal. When I’m not knee-deep in chicken gossip or toxicology tales, you can find me sewing up a storm, conquering video game worlds, or binge-watching movies like it’s an Olympic sport. I share my abode with my fiancé and our diva of a calico cat named Millie—she runs the place. So if you’re ever in need of some riveting conversation about video games, poultry drama, or cosplay adventures, look no further—I’m your gal!

Hey there! My name is Haylee, and I am the newest member of the All Seasons Veterinary Care Team! I have many years of experience in the client service side of veterinary medicine, including reception, social media wizardry, and marketing magic. My true passion? Building unbreakable bonds with clients and their furry companions! And let’s be honest, any cat that strolls in is an instant favorite—because who doesn’t adore cats?! Speaking of which, I have three feline overlords: Patsy, Sweet Pea, and our senior statesman Dunkin’. Oh yeah, I also live with my partner… but he’s just a supporting character in this cat-centric sitcom. Can’t wait to stick around ASVC for many more seasons of fun!
